Condition
Send the full Fanuc code exactly as printed - A06B-6134-H303-A and A20B-1000-069 are different classes of part. Say whether it is a complete amplifier or a board, and note the revision letter if there is one.
We prefer new or new-in-box, and will consider used that was working when it came out. Say which it is — that is the single thing that most affects the offer.
