Monitoring relays, expansion modules and configurable safety controllers, new or panel pulls. Email the part numbers and get an offer in two hours.
Selling safety relays
We buy safety relays and safety controllers: single-function monitoring relays for e-stops, gates and light curtains, two-hand and muting units, expansion modules, and the configurable and programmable safety controllers that replaced rows of them. New in the box or pulled from a panel. One relay or every safety module from a line that was decommissioned. Email the part number from each module label and a photo of it, and you will have an offer within two hours. The valuation is free and there is no obligation. If you accept, we send a prepaid label, and you are paid the day the shipment arrives.
Relays and controllers of every type, with or without their plug-in terminal blocks, and the pieces sold alongside them: expansion and I/O modules for the configurable controllers, programming cables and memory chips, DIN clips and the removable terminals that are often lost. If the light curtains, interlock switches or safety PLC from the same guard circuit came out at the same time, send those numbers in the same email.
Allen-Bradley Guardmaster 440R and MSR, Minotaur, and the 440C configurable controllers. Pilz PNOZ X, PNOZsigma, PNOZelog, PNOZmulti and PSEN. Schneider Preventa XPS. Siemens SIRIUS 3TK, 3SK and 3RK. Schmersal SRB and AZM, Jokab Vital, Pluto and the ABB safety range, Omron G9S and G9SP, Sick UE and Flexi Soft, Banner, Phoenix Contact PSR, Euchner, Wieland, Idec and Keyence. Every brand we take is listed below. If yours is not there, send the number anyway and we will tell you either way.
By manufacturer
We buy safety relays and safety controllers: single function monitoring units, expandable modules and configurable safety controllers. Units pulled from panels are fine, and so is new surplus still in the box.
Safety relays in the same family are built in several versions, with different supply voltages and different numbers of safety contacts, and the part number is the only thing that separates them. A Guardmaster 440R-N23132 and a 440R-N23135 look alike and are not the same unit. On Pilz, the family name on the front, PNOZ X3 say, does not identify the module; the six-digit order number printed on the side or the box does, so send that. On Siemens, send the full 3TK or 3SK order number including the suffix. If the label is hard to read, the supply voltage and the contact count printed on the front are worth adding.
New relays in the box, bought as spares by the panel and never fitted, are the easiest to price. We also buy relays pulled from a working panel when the machine was retired or the guarding was redesigned. Say which it is. For a pulled relay, tell us that it was in service and operating when removed, whether the terminal blocks are with it, and photograph the label on the side and the front face.
Every guarded machine has a safety relay or controller in its panel, and when a line is retired, a cell is re-guarded to a newer standard, or a site moves from discrete relays to a programmable safety controller, the old modules come out together. Those panels, and the spares drawer beside them, are what we are asking you to send.
