Scope
Fluke ScopeMeter handhelds across the 190 and 120 series, including the Series II and III units. The battery pack, charger and case affect what these are worth, so say what is with it.
Condition
Send the full model including the dash suffix, such as 190-204, since the suffix is the channel count and bandwidth. Note whether the battery still holds a charge and whether the leads and case are included.
We prefer new or new-in-box, and will consider used that was working when it came out. Say which it is — that is the single thing that most affects the offer.
