Scope
Keithley low level measurement instruments: 6517 electrometers and high resistance meters, 6485 and 6487 picoammeters, 6514 and 6430 sub-femtoamp instruments, 2182 nanovoltmeters, 6220 and 6221 current sources, and legacy units including the 617, 487, 428 and 580 micro-ohmmeter.
Condition
Send the model including the revision letter, such as 6517A. Triax cables and the 8009 test fixture are worth sending with it. Note the calibration date.
We prefer new or new-in-box, and will consider used that was working when it came out. Say which it is — that is the single thing that most affects the offer.
