Condition
Send the model code including the suffix, such as ECY-VAV-C0. Say whether it is an IMP or standard build and whether the base and covers are included.
We prefer new or new-in-box, and will consider used that was working when it came out. Say which it is — that is the single thing that most affects the offer.
