Condition
Send the maker and the model code from the label, and note any licence or device count held on a supervisor.
We prefer new or new-in-box, and will consider used that was working when it came out. Say which it is — that is the single thing that most affects the offer.
Process
Catalogue numbers off the nameplates, quantities, and whether each is new in box or used.
A cash offer on the lot, or a straight answer that it is not something we buy.
A prepaid label for boxes, or we book the freight for a pallet.
