Scope
Trane and American Standard control boards in the CNT, MOD, BRD and SWT ranges, along with the D-numbered modules from rooftop and air handler units. Both badges are the same equipment and we buy them alike.
Condition
Send the CNT or MOD number from the board. Note whether the board came out of a residential furnace or a rooftop unit, since the same family covers both.
We prefer new or new-in-box, and will consider used that was working when it came out. Say which it is — that is the single thing that most affects the offer.
Process
Catalogue numbers off the nameplates, quantities, and whether each is new in box or used.
A cash offer on the lot, or a straight answer that it is not something we buy.
