Condition
Send the 031, 025 or S1 number from the board label. York boards are reboxed under several names and the number is what identifies it.
We prefer new or new-in-box, and will consider used that was working when it came out. Say which it is — that is the single thing that most affects the offer.

Catalogue numbers off the nameplates, quantities, and whether each is new in box or used.
